Provides free 30-minute legal advice sessions with an attorney, either in person or over the phone. Issues addressed include divorce, domestic violence, child support, landlord/tenant, consumer, public entitlements, wills, and probate. Offers advice clinics, self-help workshops and lectures. Does not assist with criminal cases.
Serves low-income residents of East and Northeast King County (Domestic Violence Victims, Low Income, Working poor and unemployed.)

Over 480 volunteer attorneys and 150 non-attorneys assist over 6,500 people per year by providing individual sessions of advice and consultation.
Top three issues seen at the clinics are Family Law (30%), Consumer/Finance and Bankruptcy (20%), and Housing-Landlord/Tenant (10%).
